Our Studios "open space", are bigger from 25 sqm up to 62 sqm, with double sofa bed plus regolar beds depending of number of persons declaired on booking form, Kitchenette equipped with basic utensil, Fridge, Electrical owen, Tea/Coffee maker, Toaster, Dining table and chairs, Tv. colour, Radio clock, Iron and ironing board, ensuite bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, Air-conditioning or heating with self panel control. Included in the rate - Linen and towels change once per week, cleaning 1 time per week (any stay from 1 up to 5 nights does NOT included free change and cleaning), final cleaning, water and electrical consumptions. Supplements - Extra linen and towels change with studio's cleaning 10,00 Eur per person per each extra service requested, Car parking in the garage below of the hotel Alamanni Eur 20,00 per car per night
