All reservations are accepted and confirmed ONLY after giving the credit card for guaranteed with some room type the credit card will be charge immediately after booking confirmation, please read carefully in each room type description the cancellation policy; we accept deposit's advance payment trough bank transfer. Check-in time after 2:00 pm for hotel's room and will be 3:00pm for the apartments, check-out time before 11:00 am for all rooms type, at your disposal luggage storage in case of early arrival and/or late departure.

Our rates are per room per night and includes:

buffet breakfast from 7:00am till 10:00am, where stated is included, otherwise will be an additional fee of 7,00 eur per person
10 percent state tax (VAT) and service.

NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE:
According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, the city of Florence will introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-resident overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, in the amount of 3,00 Eur per person per night, tax not applied to the childrens up to 10y old. Car Parking in the garage below of the Hotel ONLY with reservation and with extra fee from 20:00 to 40,00 Eur per night (rate varies depending of car size) - Transfer with private car and driver from/to all national airports (ask for details and rates) - Excursions and/or Tours in Florence and/or Tuscany on request.
