All reservation's modification are accepted (only by written form) without penalty if on time by scheduled time describe on your reservations' confirmation, rules change depending of period of the year, fair's periods and type of rooms, read which rules apply by written on your booking confirmation. Cancellation totally and/or partial will be free of charge if on time scheduled permitted, for any circumstance outside of the dead-line we will apply the penalty describe on your booking confirmation. Payment of your stay is requested at check-in time; After check-in, no refund is due for early departure and/or partial cancellation; . In case of deposit reimbursement (if apply) will be deduct from administrative expensive in the amount of EUR 15,00 for each transaction. Reimbursement will be made trough bank transfer and/or trough credit card channel if the deposit is been paid with credit card, WE DO NOT REFUND CASH TROUGH AGENCY LIKE WESTERN UNION ETC... Check-in time after 1:00 pm, check-out time before 11:00 am, at your disposal luggage storage in case of early arrival and/or late departure. |
